Under his leadership, Pengyuan developed into a leading provider of credit rating services and research, recognized by both the Hong Kong Securities &amp; Futures Commission and China regulatory authorities.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnonewp-image-26\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lvscapital.com.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Mark.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" \/> <strong><span class=\"gothamlight-webfont\">Before his tenure at Pengyuan, Mr. Hu was the Global Head of Business Development at Dagong Global Credit Rating, a Beijing-based agency with offices in Hong Kong, Frankfurt, and Milan. In this capacity, he was instrumental in driving Dagong\u2019s global business development and was the first Chinese Rating agency to provide US dollar-denominated issuance rating.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnonewp-image-26\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lvscapital.com.hk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Mark.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" \/> <strong><span class=\"gothamlight-webfont\">Earlier in his career, Mr. Hu held the position of Head of Asia Pacific at Goalgroup, a specialized litigation advisory firm, where he provided counsel to pension funds and sovereign wealth funds on global class-action litigations from 2013 to 2016.
